SCHEDULING
We schedule one patient per appointment, because you deserve exclusive, personalized time with our doctor and staff. We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand you are busy, and your time is valuable to us!
Please call two business days in advance for changed appointments. Missed appointments without this notification, or repeated cancellations, will incur cancellation fees. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointments for your visits to our office.
Payment Options
Our goal is to help remove financial barriers so our patients can receive the dental care they need and desire. Many patients have some type of dental insurance. In the majority of cases, we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing these benefits. At your first visit, we will ask you for current insurance information. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits, so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. As a courtesy to you, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and we track the claims as an obligation to you.
We are insurance friendly, and we are in network with Ameritas, Cigna, Delta Dental, DenteMax, MetLife, and United Concordia. If your plan is not listed here, please call our office about your insurance. We look forward to hearing from you.
Our flexible financing options include a 5% courtesy discount for all pre-payments, a 10% senior discount, and interest free short term or low interest longer term plans via CareCredit.
